You choose the topic, and together we work through it using a structured, identity-centered approach. Every Focus Session includes a digital copy of Reclaim Your Identity: A Workbook for Understanding and Transforming Imposter Syndrome to support your growth and help you continue your work beyond the session. You will leave with clear next steps and a personalized plan you can act on immediately.
